You aren't legally allowed to know which variant gave you COVID-19 in the US, even if it's Delta

Let’s unpack this madness, actually in second though let’s not, it speaks for itself.

Over to you in the COVID cult to explain this one, perhaps just have faith it’s covid and enjoy your victim status, punish yourself with this infection and you will become one of us, it’s like hazing at this point, some sort of weird induction to a cult via pain, you don’t even need symptoms , just use your mental anguish and rage against those who won’t mask up.

It takes too long to sequence, they can’t be bothered yet they are bothered about 24/7 variant narratives in media in such a confident manner.

We are told the vaccines are ineffective against the delta variant, is this a cover for the vaccines are ineffective against covid19? This would explain the legal block on knowing.
This article may have just let that slip, just like many have spotted the pathological desire to have everyone vaccinated is to eliminate a control group that may end up health while the vax cult are sick.

I mean who made this piece of legislation? When we find out the usual links to the ruling class will be found.

  • Most people with COVID-19 in the US are legally prevented from knowing which variant infected them.
  • That's because sequencing tests have to be federally approved for results to be disclosed to doctors or patients, and most are not yet.
  • Lab scientists say the process of validating the tests for approval is too costly and time-consuming.
Sam Reider, a musician from San Francisco, got a call from the California Department of Public Health in June. Though fully vaccinated, Reider had recently tested positive for COVID-19 after teaching music at a summer camp. The health department asked him to take a second test at a local Kaiser Permanente.

Reider assumed it was because authorities wanted to find out whether he had a Delta infection. He, too, was curious — but when he got the test results back, he was surprised to learn that doctors couldn't give him any information about his variant.

"When I got the follow-up from Kaiser, they said it's positive, but they didn't have any of the sequencing information," Reider told Insider. That "felt odd to me," he said.

Several legal barriers prevented Reider and his doctors — as well as nearly all Americans who have tested positive for the coronavirus — from knowing which variant was to blame.

So far, Wroblewski said, more than 50 public labs in the US are capable of sequencing coronavirus samples to detect variants. But she's not aware of any labs that have completed the validation process to get federal approval.

"The process of validating a next-generation sequencing test is burdensome," Wroblewski said. "It takes a lot of time. It takes a lot of data. It takes a lot of resources. And the thing about the variants is that variants of concern and of interest are constantly changing, so you would have to do a whole validation every time you have a variant."

For a sequencing test to be validated, a manufacturer needs to collect data to show that the test does a good job of detecting a specific variant, then request emergency authorization from the Food and Drug Administration. Alternatively, laboratories can validate their sequencing tests "in house," meaning they collect the same data so CMS can approve their test.

"The letter of the law from CMS is that if you don't go through this full validation process, you cannot release the results with patient identifying information," Wroblewski said. One major exception, she noted, is if epidemiologists need to disclose a person's variant information over the course of contact tracing.

Validating a test for a single variant could take weeks to months, she added.

"To keep up with it in real time, when it doesn't influence a decision you're going to make on how you treat a patient, just isn't very useful," Wroblewski said. "It's satisfying curiosity more than it's really benefiting a patient."

But right now, variants haven't fundamentally changed the way people protect themselves from COVID-19. Though the Delta variant is the most contagious version of the virus yet, masks and social distancing still reduce its spread. And COVID-19 vaccines continue to offer good protection against severe disease and death.

"At this point, unless we see something that truly is going to direct your therapeutic choice at an individual patient level, there's not a lot of benefit to a physician or a patient in knowing you have Delta," Wroblewski said. "There's nothing differently that a physician is going to do to treat that patient."

That makes it hard to justify the time and expense of a validating a test, she added — particularly when those resources could be used to do more sequencing.

"If we see later there's going to be true impact on a therapeutic that's used to treat SARS-CoV-2, then yes, we'll very likely change our approach," Wroblewski said. "But at this moment, we're not there yet."

What else are they coming up with?
The world is their stage at this point, the audience seem to be enthralled, carte blanche.
If they recommend crawling in supermarkets and schools to avoid airborne particles people will start doing it, maybe handstands if that doesn’t work.

I would not be surprised if there is actually no credible/lab evidence for the existence of the different variants and the lack of the test/lab process approval is just used as a convenient excuse. It is highly unlikely for variants to appear so quickly and with such convenient timing. Hopefully, with so many people tested, somebody decides to sue and exposes that internals of the lab testing process.

They don't, which is why I have been saying since early 2020 that media are probably legally culpable and can be sued for knowingly lying and continuously inducing panic by repeating the lie, both of which are criminal offenses in many/most countries. Rand Paul tried to question Fauci on how CDC knows all new cases are caused by Delta but that garbage of a weasel refused to answer. Paul also questioned some news outlets how they know if is all Delta and all they said was "b/c CDC said so". I know courts are very reluctant to convict a "news" organization because "muh freedom of the press", but at this point the media has degenerated into a structure that has nothing to do with journalism and consistently violates multiple laws, with deadly results for the general population. There is no "media" per se anymore, at least not in the mainstream. Most of them are financially bankrupt, have been so for years, and as such would simply parrot back whatever their few remaining sponsors/advertisers (at this point mostly the political parties and the govt) tell them. It is now all about "citizen journalism" when it comes to real news, and the only outlets that retain some form of "organizational journalism" are outfits like ProPublica, but even they have been politicized lately.

Tim Truth posted a video where he called around to labs asking for a delta variant test and every lab said it doesn’t exist - the only test that exists is for Covid.

Good, so hopefully somebody decides to sue for "medical malpractice" and this gets exposed. Technically, if a person is being diagnosed with non-approved test, and the results are also not being shared with the patient this is not only malpractice but also reckless endangerment due to preventing the person from making informed decisions about their health. IANAL, but I have seen similar cases decided in patient's favor in the past.

I know. In 2020, the media started saying Houston was running out of ICU beds. So when the governor cancelled elective procedures at Texas Medical Center, the Houston Chronicle came out an hour later with the medical center saying that things weren't actually so dire. The medical center would have never gone to the press if their business wasn't affected. So if hospitals are hearing media talk about new variants with no diagnostics to verify such and aren't saying anything that also feels criminal.

The media can probably use the obama era law for using propaganda on the people of America as an opt out, they can say it was for entertainment purposes, they were caught faking an extreme weather report at the weekend, the report gave the impression he was about to be blown away and two dudes walk past just fine, one was eating an ice cream cone.

The vaccines are not working on covid then, the delta variant is cover for big pharma, the corporate world have control of everything right now, this Hegelian process in flow again.
It’s no surprise they say the vaccinated are getting infected with "the delta" variant in the MSM, it’s cover.

The question begs then is this the tactic going forward, if the PCR test will continue to be used to detect regular covid while they shout about new variants, what then are the vaccines for, profit or eugenics, probably both.
The coronavirus will be around forever, we will be immune , it can be still be detected as long as they need it to be, this explains why they have legislated to prevent further investigation into it.

The EUA for the PCR test has been withdrawn and that test will no longer be used after Dec. 31, 2021. I don't know what will replace it, as the announcement does not say, but I think the withdrawal is due to CDC realizing they have been caught with their pants down and are now scrambling to find a replacement that is less open to criticism...or can be manipulated even more easily.
Now, depending on what other test replaces the PCR, this may open the CDC to lawsuits as if that other test already existed in 2020 (very likely) then the original EUA for the PCR test should have never been issued as the other test is a viable alternative, which should prevent an EUA from being issued. Given that the PCR, with its cranked up threshold cycle, was the main tool to usher in the "pandemic" and fool the populace, such a lawsuit (barring complete corruption of the legal system) would expose the scam and potentially damage the official narrative beyond repair. I suspect the powers that be are scrambling for COVID-19 alternatives and are constantly testing new fear-porn messages to see which one will stick. Here are some from just the last month or so. It would have been funny how pathetic the theater is, if it was not for all the social/economic damage it does.

Yep, I believe they use algorithms that suggest narratives that humans must pick from, clearly it’s crap, it’s easy for the covid cult to pass this pattern in media off as clickbait but its received from health authorities.

70% of deaths in the uk are now from the vaccinated, they claim it’s the delta variant, I believe it isn’t because it’s the same PCR issue we mention, it’s likely they are testing those who are not vaccinated if they have flu like symptoms, the vaccinated might ignore symptoms because the belief is they are immune or safer, they will only present if symptoms are severe, for me the vaccines don’t work, it’s Hegelian negation of negation of sorts going on here to cover for big pharma‘s newly defined vaccines.

The report titled ‘SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England’, is the 22nd technical briefing on alleged variants of concern in the United Kingdom and makes for extremely interesting reading once you realise what the statistics are actually telling us.

PHE have compiled a helpful table which shows the number of alleged confirmed Delta variant cases in the UK alongside the number of alleged deaths due to the variant. The table shows that since the 1stFebruary 2021 up to the 29th August 2021 there have been 492,528 alleged confirmed cases of the Delta variant. Of these 144,067 had been confirmed in the past 28 days alone.

The data shows that people who are not vaccinated account for just 44% of the alleged confirm Covid cases, whilst those who are fully vaccinated account for 23% of the alleged confirmed cases. A further 16% of the alleged cases are people who had received one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine at least 21 days prior to their alleged confirmed Covid-19 infection.

As you can see from the above table nearly twice as many people who are not vaccinated account for confirmed cases of Covid-19 than those who are fully vaccinated. However when you include the number to have received one dose of a Covid-19 injection the number of cases among the vaccinated group (222,693) actually surpasses the number that have been recorded among the unvaccinated population.

Unfortunately, it looks as if we have been lied to and instead of the Covid-19 vaccines being our route back to normal they are instead quite the opposite. Because the data published by Public Health England shows us that the number of alleged deaths due to the Delta variant are not just higher among those who have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, they are astronomically higher.

image-53.png

The total number of deaths to have occurred since February 2021 involving the Delta Covid-19 variant that have been linked to vaccination status total 1,698. Of these just 30% have been among the unvaccinated population, despite the fact most second vaccinations were administered between April and June.
Whereas fully vaccinated account for 64.25% of Covid-19 deaths since February 2021, and when including the partly vaccinated in those numbers they account for 70%. However, it’s important to note that many of the deaths that occurred in the partly vaccinated population may have actually been people who had received two doses of a Covid-19 injection due to the fact PHE does not regard them as having had two doses if it has not been two weeks since they had the second dose.
But what does this mean in terms of the risk of death if infected with the Delta Covid-19 variant? Well it means the risk of death increases significantly in those who have been fully vaccinated.
536 deaths have occurred among 219,716 confirmed cases in the unvaccinated population since February. This is a case fatality rate of 0.2%.
Whereas 1,091 deaths have occurred among 113,823 cases among the fully vaccinated population. This is a case fatality rate of 1%.
This means the Covid-19 injections seem to be increasing the risk of death due to Covid-19 by 400% rather than reducing the risk of death by 95% as claimed by the vaccine manufacturers, Public Health bodies, and the Government, and now they want to give this experimental, deadly treatment to your children.

The VAERS data also shows increased death rate shortly after the CV19 vaccination:

I'm not sure how often the research of Steve Kirsch has come up on this forum but he has voiced his concerns about this very topic for some time and recently presented, with others, to FDA:

After hearing testimony, the FDA committee voted 16 to 2 AGAINST recommending Pfizer covid booster shots

Kill off the old age pensioners at all cost, they are an economic burden, the virus and vaccines haven’t killed enough people for the ruling class.
