The triglycerides are just storage form sugar. In order to force the body to start tapping into those it’s important to limit alcohol and refined sugar. Bergamot helps with the process but diet really matters here.
Yeah, then I guess my alcohol usage contributes to the elevated Trigs... I don’t consume much refined sugar and don’t add sugar to my coffee.... I drink Gatorade on occasion and soda occasionally but it’s obvious that is not the problem....
