TSH Rising On NDT

Originally was 3.5. Now at 4.6 TSH

Not sure if its a potency or absorption issue but I’ve been on 1 grain and my tsh continues to raise.

I might be switched to levo+liothyronine.

Any thoughts on this?

How fast did this change? You know how it's said that about a month needs to be given before remeasuring TSH? Sometimes cortisol also and other stress hormones suppress TSH. If the T3 in your NDT lowered the stressors enough, TSH might have spiked temporarily. If I was you, I'd up the dose another half grain and recheck. You'll get it down.

I may be wrong but I think the formula in NP has changed. Def check out cynoplus/cnyomel.
