I started taking Thiroyd. It makes me feel anxious. Like I sit at work and just squeeze the arm rest for my chair. I'll just flex my calve muscles. Tense. It's weird.

What's going on? Should I not be taking it?

I bought some from pim pom product and take 1/3 of a pill.

Could be taking too much. Are you tracking your temp and pulse?

How long have you been taking it?

Most likely its from your body becoming more sensitive to adrenaline.

Just a couple days.

That's interesting. I've felt like I had adrenaline issues... and now maybe my body is more sensitive...

I assume that's good? How do I make the adrenaline stop?

Yes, that means its working the way it should. You just need to wait it out now, or if gets too much then back off a bit on the thyroid. Figure out the dose you are gonna go with and stick with it for a month at least. Unless of course you need to back off because you cannot deal with the adrenaline. If you start jumping around on the dose you wont know whats working for you because it takes at least 2 weeks for the T4 to build up.

Salt, sugar, typical Peaty stuff helps lower adrenaline.

The body should produce less adrenaline over time. But if it's too annoying you could decrease the dose.
