In my experience higher doses of vitamin D (10’000 IU+) of vitamin D makes me require more magnesium, K2 and potassium and less calcium.

I am currently on a regime of 10‘000 IU D3, 400 mcg K2-7 and 600mg elemental magnesium from supplements.

I probably reach about 1000mg of both magnesium and calcium in total.
what if calcium intake is 3000mg a day,
potassium around 6000mg...
and 10k Iu d3 a day,
1.5mg MK4 300mcg MK7 just once a week

I don‘t know my dear brother. I don‘t have any experience with that high intakes of calcium, coupled with high dose vitamin D.

You’ll need to experiment on your own, so keep an eye on your pulse and temperature, mood, libido and bowel movements and make adjustments according to that.
