I tried eating to cravings and was becoming overweight and sick. Not as simple as listening to cravings. I wish it was! I think people who continually overfeed on sugar are in a very bad place.“I don’t have an eating plan, other than to be perceptive and to learn about your physiology, so that you can adjust things to your needs.
