Does anyone know if taurine could increase histamine?

taurine helps in detox, assisting liver. So, it would indirectly lower estrogens. But for histamine, I don't know.
I woud say no, but it has to be confirmed ...
As it acts as antioxydant and anti-inflmmatory too, the probability is weak.
Don't you eat too much Chinese food (glutamate), well-known to elevate histamine? Perhaps too many strawberries, alcohol (wine), seafood, etc ...

ok, thanks. i do eat seafood pretty regularly (shrimp, scallops, clams, oysters) but haven't noticed any issues from that. though i guess it could build up.

add some vitamin C. (ascorbic acid). I would take 1 g. It will lower histamine levels.
