I've used this brand taurine with good results http://www.pureencapsulations.com. I'm sure there may be other great products. I just chose this one because it was available at my local compounding pharmacy so I could get it easily.

Does anyone have any experience with Sports Nutrition & Bodybuilding Supplements from BULK POWDERS™ UK taurine powder? I just received it today and it smells like glue. How should high quality smell/taste like?

Wanted to mention, but if I recall correctly taurine can deplete copper so make sure you are getting enough.

Where have you read that? How does it work?
