Hi
This is my first post. The site was recommended by a friend.

I enjoy recreational ledel boxing and running.
I've started taking K2 and vitamin D.
I have a protein shake with milk, banana and a raw egg. Is it best to have the shake before or after a workout.

I think you can do before or after your workout. I would just make sure your glycogen levels are full before entering the workout. I would use plenty of sugar. During your workout, you can sip on some orange juice with dextrose powder added to it. I would make sure the banana is very ripe also. After my workout, I like to have very low fat with plenty of carbs and protein due to it's fast absorption.
