Hi everyone,

I've recently received my DNAfit results where they test your genes and give you dietary recommendations.

Most notable of mine was that I tested dairy intolerant and require more vitamin A, D, E, C and calcium than the average person.
My liver's 2nd detox pathway also seemed like it was missing an enzyme which I require to get from broccoli - they suggest 4 servings a week.

So my plan of action is to take Haiduts Estroban (A, D, E, K2) as well as drink more OJ (c).
This leaves calcium and dairy as the outcasts.
In general my experience with milk has been a bad one - I have access to raw cows and goats milk but even that doesn't seem to go down well.

I could get calcium from egg shells as I've seen recommended - however what is a cheap source of protein and carbs similar to milk? I have heard Peat recommend OJ and eggs as a sustaining diet (obviously i'd throw more of other stuff in there) - what are the opinions of this?

Ideally I like to simple and cheap for go-to dietary stuff.

Thanks
