I know cardio exercise in itself isn't peaty but for those of us who play sports every now and again, are there any tips for more energy and endurance?

thanks. does it send your pulse ridiculously high?Coffee (real coffee) taken just before said activity definitely improves my performance. I can run much further and at a higher intensity. Also good for weight workouts.
