Supplements To Improve Exercise Performance

I know cardio exercise in itself isn't peaty but for those of us who play sports every now and again, are there any tips for more energy and endurance?

Coffee (real coffee) taken just before said activity definitely improves my performance. I can run much further and at a higher intensity. Also good for weight workouts.

Well, it's always taken with sufficient sugar. I get metabolic boosting effects from the coffee, so pulse/temp increases, yes. Three or four tablespoons of strong ground coffee, per cup. I wouldn't know how much caffeine is in a cup, but I normally drink three or four cups per day.

Niacinamide increases my athletic performance. However, it reduces my endurance. I'm speaking of weight training, mind you. Anything that decreases serotonin will improve performance and possibly increase the amount of exercise you can perform before "overtraining" becomes an issue.
