Sudden Bum/back Spots

I just came out of the shower and noticed my back had some very small flat red spots, which under a full inspection is covered on my bum and most of my back and some of the sides of my body.

Right now the only thing I can think I've changed this week is going on a sun bed for a few minutes which I've never done in my life.

Coincidence?

Any point taking a antibiotic? I'm even tempted to go with probiotics to see if it helps with my IBS and consipation.

try some vitamin A or vitamin A foods like cooked greens.
