Do I need to limit time under red light?

Here on the forum, someone said a while back regarding red light exposure: "Ray Peat has given advice to someone and said someone could set up a 250w bright incandescent and be under it for as long as they want with no negative effects, besides a powerful increase to the metabolism. So just be sure to get enough nutrients including sugars and you should be fine." I have a RubyLux near infrared incandescent lamp. I have been aiming it at my back about 12-16 inches away, aiming it at a different spot every 20 minutes or so. And I've been doing 90 minutes or more a day of exposure. I just wanted to ask if anyone thinks there would be some risk involved with that. It warms my back but I haven't had any burning or anything like that. I appreciate your feedback.

I don’t think so. However if you use a very intense red light very close to your skin and you don’t want to do that for very long.
