Dr Peat has warned about the serotonin content of pineapples. Is this an issue that could be resolved with pastuerization? Anyone with access to the paper linked below?

Found the results from the study regarding the observed change of serotonin content after pasteurization of pineapple juice:

Content ± SD [μg/ml]

Fresh fruit: 24.27 ± 0.50

Fresh juice: 22.07 ± 0.24

Pasteurized juice: 18.63 ± 0.57
