Good morning guys, although I am suffering from heavy symptoms of bile discharge (agitation, anxiety and many bowel movements), after 13 months on the diet, I unexpectedly resolved the heavy joint pain that I had been carrying with me for many years. Specifically: I had pain in my hips when climbing stairs, which increased greatly in the squat position; pain when turning the head; knee pain (chondropathy) caused by the irreversible wear of the cartilage due to my past as a footballer and sportsman. The latter forced me to do infiltrations to feel better every year.
Now I have no pain walking up stairs, I have no pain crouching down, turning my head is very "light" and it no longer makes noises, I still have a slight soreness in my right knee if I overdo it with sport. So I can consider this problem as solved for the moment, the only thing I did was continue with the diet with very few mistakes.
It seemed so inevitable that I would have pain that I didn't even notice it and it slowly went away, it's incredible.
