Realistic Expectations For Raised Pulse

Through both self experimentation and research, I have managed to raise temps slightly, improve mood considerably and become an overall improved version of myself. However, i am somewhat confused at how hard it has been to improve my pulse at rest. My average at rest is about 62 BPM. If my nutrition is way off due to travel, work, drinking etc, it can dip to 45 occasionally.

Is it possible to permanently raise pulse rate along with body temp without t3 & t4 supplementation? I certainly find energin, estroban, oxidal, taurine, gelatin, amino acids, caffeine, baking soda, etc extremely useful tools but am curious to how much i can improve without hormonal supplementation.
