Possible Skin Cancer Help :/

Hey everyone, this ones ptetty serious... I found a black shiny mole on my inner thigh and Im afraid it might be a type of skin cancer :/

Does anyone here know of anything that can be either applied topically ot taken orally to get rid of this or at least prevent dieing from cancer?
