So, isn't everything you posted sort of confirming my original point?

Yes, we have modem experiments of so called "bioweapons" dating back 7 decades. Yes, we have potentially billions spent on conducting these experiments. Yes, the idea can be traced back millennia.

But where are the deaths?

In all the experiments you listed, we don't even have 100, despite the fact that highly populated cities were exposed to tons and tons or aerosolized spray for days at a time. The total number of increased deaths isn't statistically significant and could potentially be due to chance. Rising case numbers are also very questionable, as we have seen with the whole COVID sham how easily a "case" can be made, even from people with zero symptoms and simply a positive test or "eyeball" diagnosis. So, truthfully, even these rising case numbers and deaths could have several alternative explanations. The fake COVID pandemic needed a serious propaganda and tyranny campaign to get anyone to notice, it's quite possible some doctors and healthcare workers were tipped off in various ways, or suddenly started "testing" for the pathogen at the same time these "experiments" were going on.

This obviously makes the idea of a "lab leak" of a few grams or so of virus starting a "worldwide pandemic" completely laughable on it's face.

A delivery of a "bioweapon" would likely have to be done in a much more targeted way, say, like injecting someone under the cover a vaccination campaign. But why would this even be necessary? Injected drugs like heroin, sodium pentothal, and even things like insulin, could be much more effective in culling a population. Even a relatively innocuous material that's injected into someone could have serious negative effects on health, including death.
