I have small spots of dermatits/eczema/psoriasis near my elbows. I don't know what it is exactly, since I don't really care. But I noticed that in my case it is definitely linked to sugar consumption. I consume refined sugar regularly and when I overdo it, the spots get worse. On the other side, I had big improvements the times I experimented with high dosed thiamine.
So you could try the following:
- reduce white sugar
- supplement thiamine (= Vitamin B1)
- supplement (smaller amounts of ) the other B-Vitamins + magnesium
(- if you get strange body odor form the B1, try some cilandro/coriander)
