@haidut, while discussing this study in the latest episode of Generative Energy, you mentioned niacinamide as a potentiator of steroids in water, and suggested making a 2% solution of niacinamide, then adding progesterone to it. Is Progesterone soluble enough in water for this to work, or must it be suspended in a lipid like MCT or olive oil? Would the following recipe work for practical purposes in administering an ocular solution of progesterone and niacinamide?:
1) Make a 2% solution of niacinamide in distilled water using niacinamide powder.
2) Add Progesterone (micronized powder, USP grade) to 2% niacinamide solution.
3) Heat and stir until fully dissolved.
4) Fill eye dropper with solution.
5) Administer in eye.
I'm interested in experimenting with this to help with complications from neurological tick-borne bacterial infections (Bartonella, Lyme, and Babesia in particular) that have resulted in persistent uvetis, and to attempt to use the eye as a pathway for the progesterone and niacinamide to enter the CNS/brain...
