Hi guys,
As the title says i wonder what are your top 3 (can be more) 1.food, 2. Supplement and 3. Lifestyle(etc.) that you feel best on?

Ex. 1. Food
2. Supplement
3.Etc; lifestyle

What's your lifestyle and diet like? Do you take supplements? What are your health conditions?

No one thing will have the same impact on different people.

I’m starting to realize as of late that including more food groups rather than restricting many leads me to feel better.

Feeling good comes down to lower tryptophan and free fatty acids. With a high metabolism= plenty of youth hormones.

Low protein, replaced with gelatin and some niacin amide with a bunch of fruit is the best start.


90% of people feel good after a:

Alcohol=Dopamine, lower stress hormones, easy to digest sugar.
Constant moving workouts= Increase in metabolism, kick of cortisol, increased blood sugar.
Caffeine=Dopamine, increased metabolism

They simply don't know
