It changes often for me though. A seasonal variation in my favorite foods is common. In the spring-early summer my list would have included grapes, watermelon and pineapple. I still like those but I'm not as drawn to eating them lately. Does anyone else notice this phenomenon?

Ive noticed a lot more instinctive eating, i too get pushed from common things(like ice cream in winter) but now im heavily drawn to pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe. I hope its correct instinct

1. Whole grain breakfast cereal / bread.
2. Baked potatoes (lower moisture content).
3. Boiled starches.
4. Fruit or raw vegetables (not as a main meal, but as snack, dried works better sometimes). The raw fiber feels "cleansing", I especially crave this if I had a bad meal (high fat/protein meal that doesn't sit well for me, immediately want a salad or some raw carrots afterwards).
5. Skim dairy product in small quantities (for protein).

I find I can eat the whole grain stand-alone, but the refined I need add a tiny bit of protein to "slow it down". Else it feels like it is absorbed too quickly.

I just bought calcium carbonate in bulk. I literally just eat it by the spoonful (100mg dosing spoon). I also take some K2. I have never seen any benefits at all from d3, just negative effects. I’ve tried many d3 supplements. All produce profoundly negative effects. Never had my levels tested, but I feel better without it. I get sun in the summer. So that’s my calcium metabolism that I try to take care of.

The calcium carbonate is the only one I’ve ever tried. It is exactly like eating chalk dust. Nothing even remotely pleasant about it. I do have a bag of gelatin caps and a day when I am bored, maybe I can cap me up some chalk powder, but I am either busy, tired or just more interested in doing something else most days at home. I guess I am lazy. Or I could try me some gypsum next time I order some more.
Would probably need more Magnesium

1. Melons (watermelon, galia, orange flesh honeydew, canary etc.)
2. Fresh pressed OJ (from super sweet heirloom oranges)
3. Heirloom tomatoes (yellow and pink bicolored are my favorites)
4. Young Thai coconut meat
5. French Celtic sea salt

How things have changed since I posted that list back in 2018. Now that I’m healthy and can digest more than just fruit, my top 5 foods are:

1. Pastured raw goat’s milk—as is and in the form of French custard.
2. Pastured eggs—in the form of omelettes and crustless quiche.
3. Fresh pressed juice—specifically, honeydew melon, pink muscat grape and white peach.
4. Raw honey—specifically, Wendell Estate honey.
5. Sweet black tea—two cups of it a day and I have the best dreams.

I’m curious if anyone else who posted back in 2018 has different top foods now.
