Hi,

i suggest eating enough grass fed grass finished muscle meat like at least 200 to 500 grammes a day splitted on the day,salted,fatty enough like 20%fat,not overcooked,

with some grass fed grass finished liver from young lamb/veal,or some ripe fruits with oranges pigments like apricots/yellow peaches/orange fleshed melons,

sun bathing ideally naked specifically the midday hours,

keeping him self as warm as possible,day time and night time

optimising his digestion strengh for meat/fat if it is low enough to begin with

is there anything noticeable you could mentiion about his life styles factors/diet?

I'd recommend zinc gluconate. Get 15-30mgs of elemental zinc daily.

If he's not hypothyroid, the balding may be due to an increase in DHT from a bad T/E2 ratio.

Zinc will inhibit dhea and androstenedione from converting into estrogen in excess.

focus on easy digestion diet
Mucuna
Ginkgo
light cardio sessions, more walking

He's likely have to rehaul his whole diet and lifestyle depending on how bad it is.

Lots of things cause ed.

Low T
Low e2
High e2
Low dopamine (pornography, marijuana, internet addiction, etc)
Poor thyroid function
Prescription or recreational drug use
Mental health issues
Obesity

Can‘t develop a solution without the cause.

I would advise against any PE5 inhibitors, though, regardless of the cause.

What is his diet and lifestyle? No point in talking about details before the basics are handled.
i have already told him how to address the diet, he was eating no meat and he was undereating I believe.

Besides some of the other good ideas everyone has said. The body shuts down systems if it is not receiving enough total energy. Regardless of the food.

Of course better quality food is advised. But no extreme diets of no fat or no carbs or low protein. Just a good mix of macros and over maintenance calories will tell the body it’s not in a famine state.

I’ve noticed the same as your friend when trying to “diet” to lose fat and when I start eating as much as I want it comes back.

That could be it. A few years ago I decided to get real lean. Ended up around 8% body fat and looked like a fitness model.

Got there by fasting, cutting calories, and lifting weights.

And my libido completely vanished.
