I forgot to write: high histamine. There are specific co-factors, vitamins, minerals, and so on, that can help with this. @redsun has written many posts about how to increase vasodilation.

Not if you have PFS

Give it another try if you havent done recently. I have PAS, and it didnt work for me either after I stopped accutane and my symptoms were at their worst. Im just suffering now mainly from lack of libido, but the cialis has restored nocturnal/morning wood.

Will try again but I heard Viagra could help more because it appear Cialis acts a bit like an AI. Also many anecdotes about how it's bad for libido: No Libido. What Should my Next Move Be?

And have you tried HCG?

Viagra is good. Half a tablet will give me an absolutely raging hardon but the sides are worse, red face, headache etc.

I havent really noticed any bad sides from cialis, only health benefits. I know that people say that neither of them will improve libido, but I personally find that not to be the case, I have a bit of libido boost on them, maybe more so on viagra, the soldier starts to salute for me just thinking about sex when Ive taken viagra. Cialis is much milder, 5mg is anyway.

The AI effect from cialis is one of the reasons I started using it daily. I had a very slight case of prepubertal gyno. When I started using accutane it became much, much worse. Not sure if its estrogen of prolactin related though.


HCG is something that I have wanted to try but I dont think it would be a good idea with pre existing gyno, Im pretty sure the raise in estrogen would make it even worse. Im also sensitive to getting acne, and Ive read on steroid forums that people that are prone, tend to get bad outbreaks on HCG.

I would of jumped on test a long time ago if it hadnt been for gyno and acne problems.

When I eat bad foods and my gut is irritated I tend to have more morning wood, weirdly enough.
Good point! I don't think the fruit fibers are stimulating the intestine in a healthy way. I think they're irritating the intestine, and for some reason, that increases my morning wood. But other forms of irritation don't have that same effect--it's from a particular few fruits: berries and grapes.

I started trying to correlate lack of morning wood with things I did the previous day. One thing that for sure caused lack of it was resveratrol. Threw that garbage in the trash. Cannabis is another. Generally if I lived suboptimally it also caused it, this includes things like too much exercise the previous several days, not eating enough carbs, working too hard, stuff like that.

What I'd ask you is are living a really clean life in terms of toxic exposure? I believe most people actually aren't, and that countless tiny tonic exposures accumulate and cause suboptimal health. A lot of resources get shuttled to the detoxification pathways, and thing like that suffer, because they are luxuries when it comes to survival. This is much more important than most people realise, though on this forum I'm sure many if not most do, so you may already be aware.

Many herbs interfere with nocturnal elections. Cordyceps for instance. Quercetin. Epicatechin gallate. They may be okay in food but shouldn’t be supplemented. I always get good morning wood first day I take cyproheptadine but not the following days if I continue taking it.

Interesting thing about cyproheptadine. I may give it a try. Do you have speculations on why it only works one day for you?

Multiple liver flushes. Once per month for at least 5-6 months. Really helps decongest the liver and has direct impact on hormone balance. One of my clients had to go off of her hormone replacement therapy after her first flush as it was all too strong for her and made her feel weird. Also lots of sauna, you can buy a few IR bulbs and make a cheap DIY sauna that you can use anywhere in the home. Personally I also use NAC, glycine and other detox support amino acids and minerals. This combination of things is very powerful but of course more can be added to the protocol based on your preferences.

Defo agree with you. I also noticed that maca and tribulus extract seemed to have a negative effect, whereas you'd expect increases in T. May be due to the way they were extracted or could be confounding factors, but stopped the current herbal cycle.

my experience with ALL those herbs. My T is usually around 900 anyway. But experimenting with herbs seems to tank my erections.
