Methylthioninium Chloride - A Good Form Of MB Or Not?

Is methylthioninium chloride a safe and effective form of Methylene Blue? Share your experiences and opinions with it please. Dose dosage differ from other forms of MB? I already asked a person who seems to know a lot about the subject but I always like to cross-reference with multiple opinions.

Also, does anyone here know a good youtube video of someone other than Ray Peat explaining how to use baking soda the way that Ray Peat suggests.

I am no expert but I've seen MB products that have other methyl...bla..bla compounds listed in the ingredients label so I think there are several different forms...
