I'm not sure the cost is justifiable for me over something like Evernote, but this app is pretty cool if you work with a lot of studies:

The OCR seems a little iffy, but that just means I get the benefit of deciding how to pronounce "In ̄uence".

This looks very nice! If you want to try something free it reminds me a lot of a program called Zotero

A few others I came across:
ReadCube
EndNote

And thanks for mentioning Zotero, @Meatbag, it's what I'm going to go with. It seems to be the most limited in working with full-text PDFs, but it's free, open source, multi-platform, and doesn't have any of the murky issues of being bought out by Elsevier.
