I get Keratolysis exfoliativa on my palms about every 4 years. It lasts about 1-3 weeks, and I never figured out a cause. Any ideas for treatment or cause?
The only pattern I see is that it seems to happen when I'm feeling particularly vital - which correlates to the fact that most people get it during summer.
