25 year old male. I donated blood twice and my last donation was July 4th. So two months since last donation. Labs are below! I eat lb or so of meat a day. Eggs . Milk. Potatoes honey.

I have upped my magnesium and coffee. But I’m not sure what to make of this. Are these just healthy good levels ? Or is this low iron? Or copper Deficiency ? If you supplement copper id you’re actually low iron is that dangerous? Will copper actually lower iron even more or it just recycles it?
I don’t feel well at all. I’m wondering what I should do. If I should up copper ? Or am I truly low iron .

That last pic is to give a better idea with additional iron markers .

I think you are fine. If I was you I would take a break from blood donations. Get some sunshine. TSH can be masked by many factors including high cortisol which can result from worrying too much (as you seem now). Eat liver and seafood.

When I get labs as yours I ask my hematologist to give me IV iron. I feel my best with ferritin 250+.
