Hydrocortisone

I find I have difficulty tolerating extremely small doses of Cytomel. Many people in the Thyroid Madness community would say I need to take hydrocortisone, but from my understanding, Peat is not a fan. As a 23 year old male, what can I take as a "substitute" for hydrocortisone to use in conjunction with cytomel?

What else have you tried so far to improve your metabolism?
Are you meeting all nutritional needs, including calories (~3500)? Thyroid supplementation can increase stress in the context of under-eating, and deepen nutrient deficiencies if such are present. Quite a few people here use cronometer to quantify nutrient intake.

Are you getting regular sunlight?

I'd recommend checking diet, and tuning it up if it's deficient, before adding thyroid supps. It might be enough to solve some problems, and even if it's not, you need good nutrition to support thyroid supplementation.
