How Much Is Too Much?

Hey guys. I've read a ton of peats work and started peating a few weeks ago. I feel great but I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it. I'm a fairly lean 6ft 8. 240 lb man. Daily diet consists of

8-10 cups low fat milk
4-5 cups OJ
6-8 Tbsp Honey
4 whole eggs
1ish cup spinach thoroughly cooked down
1 large carrot
6-8 oz shrimp
6 oz tilapia or cod
4-6 Tbsp of great lakes collagen powder
2-4 Tbsp coconut oil (occasionally swapped with kerrygold grass fed butter)
a handful of grapes or cherries every now and then. (I have pretty large hands)

Everything is organic and wild caught. I'd like to get over 200 g protein to maintain muscle while trying to slim down. Once i loose a bit more fat i'll switch to whole milk. Please let me know if I should alter anything. Cheers!
