I'm prescribed alpha blockers tamulosin 400mcg , 400mcg doesn't help with this issue but if I take 3 tablets my flaccid size will be improved a little bit tiny bit longer but mainly more girther which is nice but what it helps with lots is the relaxed feeling in my penis it will be nice and relaxed it's kinda hard to explain but with tamulosin its all stiff and tight it's not exactly hard flaccid because it can still be soft not hard but it stills feels tight like blood flow is restricted or something . Does anyone have any ideas how I could fix this issue without tamulosin??

I need it otherwise I wake up multiple times every night too pee and of course the symptoms I just described . What is so nasty about it?

with how many posts you are making here on your **** you should be hanging dumbbells on your penis for an hour a day, because PE clearly works and is pretty riskfree if you do it correctly. flaccid hang is cope anyways

Never had any problems with erections with it been on them for more than a year . Yh retrograde ejaculation but over if I take too many.

I don't believe p.e works tbh no real evidence it works and in the past I have done p.e with no results, if I try it now it just ends up causing pain and frequent urination.

there are papers on extenders working, and while you obviously can't commit to a good PE protocol some african tribe women are growing their neck to twice their normal size...
its a ***t ton of work obviously, many hundreds of hours for results. but if it bothers you you might as well get it over with now

They can easily be made by the people who make extenders . If p.e truly worked there would be tons of evidence . I have put in the work in the past trust me I was very dedicated I've been insecure about my size since 13 years old I found out about p.e at 14 years old .. I was doing a uli and stretching routine couple months ago ... I'm not going to go through everything I have done but trust I've tried..

Want a bigger flacid? Improve blood flow and NO.

Neither of them seem to do anything for my flaccid size I even take Cialis and those two still no improvements. It's not even exactly the size it's just this tight feeling I have but of course improved size would be nice because I do hate the size .
