Every time i have an ejaculation my balls shrink and my nipple texture changes what can i do to reverse this issue

same thing. ejaculation = small balls + enlarged nipps with a kind of weird 'greasy' texture.

Prolactin tends to shoot up to beyond the reference range, which suppresses your leydig cells and increases aromatase expression, which increases estrogen. Those hormones together can cause gyno to form

Are you serious? I think i did a lot of damage to my balls than plus it would explain the gyno growth for me. is this even reversible when i do nofap. After years of masturbating my balls got tiny somehow I never knew why. are you sure your theory is right?

Yes I'm serious, prolactin, other than keeping your intestines in check, has no other benefits, if anything, it will:

*shoot your TSH up significantly, ******* with your thyroid
*inhibits dopamine release (they both are antagonists of each other)
*increases glandular tissues underneath your chest, combined with estrogen will give you man boobs
*inhibits your leydig cells, thereby forcing your hypothalamus to release more gonadotropins, desensitising you further and giving you hypogonadism symptoms.

And yes, it is reversible, nofap will help you tremendously in lowering your prolactin and making you more dopamine dominant, but it will not be easy, you will have to be ready to endure massive cravings, but when you persevere, you will not regret a second. His theory is wrong. Orgasm whether from masturbation or sex has minimal negative hormonal effects if you are healthy. The problem is you are probably deficient in many important micronutrients like most people. That is the real reason behind testicular atrophy and many other health issues especially hormonal issues such as high prolactin, estrogen, and low androgens.

Nofap will never fix that, and anyone that says otherwise is doing you or anyone else who doesn't know better a disservice. You need to improve the nutrient density of your diet. Nofap, or some other fad will not fix this and will just delay you from actually solving the issue through misdirection. You need to take appropriate steps to improve your diet and lifestyle if you want your hormonal status to improve and your balls themselves to regain size.

I would recommend weekly consumption of oysters. The very high zinc intake helps replenish low zinc stores and oysters themselves are also quite high in copper, iron, and selenium as well as a good source for some B-vitamins.

Other important micronutrients should be obtained from a few eggs a day, at least 8 oz of meat a day (at least some of the meat you eat should be red meat), 2-3 servings of dairy, a few servings of fruits and fruit juices for vitamin C. Sodium intake is ideal at around 4000-6000 mg a day.

What kind of starches would you recommend? I tried making potatoes my main carb source and I started getting a lot of weird symptoms. Maybe it was the solanine but I’m not sure.

It probably is the solanine if you were consuming a considerable amount of potatoes daily or very regularly. Solanine builds up in the body with regular consumption because the half life is quite long (21 hours).

White rice or brown rice or both. Pasta is good to have. Oatmeal would work, most people consume that in the morning. I would have regular potatoes only every 2-3 days and without the skin. Sweet potatoes can also be consumed as well. They do not have solanine but avoid regular consumption of those as they are quite high in carotene.

Whole grain products can be good to have sometimes as well just be wary of too much fiber. Too much tends to disturb the gut in most people. Also be mindful and try to slowly raise fiber intake instead of suddenly having a ton. It allows you to get used to it. Personally I mostly do white rice as this skips the fiber and solanine issue. I just use the right seasoning and make sure its well salted when cooked and I also use butter with it. It is a great main carb source but I will eat basically any starch I can if I cannot eat at home or I feel like eating something else. Starches that can be salted when cooking such as rice, potatoes, pasta, should be well-salted. Sodium chloride is very important for a lot of bodily processes but specifically we always want to have plenty for maintaining strong stomach acid for digestion.

Thats what i also thought. It can only be minimal…. I think my diet is pretty solid. Maybe i could increase my red meat consumption and also try some live other than that im eating pretty much everything you listed. I think my problem stem from taking a finasterid pill 1,5 years ago. That ***t gave me gyno and It has continued to grow since then. I also have some serious sleeps issues. Something with my dopamine, estrogen or prolactin is seriously messed up. I have no idea how to balance them out….
symtoms are sleep issues, gyno, shrinking testicles and probably borderline infertility

either way im probably lowkey addicted to masturbating aswell so stopping that will probably help with regulating my dopamine levels.


you guys know any safe herbs to take that wont grow the gyno. Need something to improve and support my adrenals.

I myself used to be addicted to masturbation when I was 17 and I had severe gyno from it and my prolactin levels were through the roof despite eating nutritious foods.

As the dude himself said, he's already eating nutritious foods and yet still suffers from a masturbation addiction that causes his prolactin levels to increase. Why are you trying to spread bs mate? Prolactin doesn't spike unless you're dopamine deficient, have high TSH due to a bad thyroid, or in his case, masturbate excessively. Fixing his nutrition might help a tiny bit, but it won't reverse his prolactin.

What you are explaining you have is PFS so the advice I give does not apply here. You need to work on PFS. Hackstasis which used to be up had protocols. They have a new website called swole source and they also have a discord and you should be able to get info on protocols there. I would try to eat red meat daily if you don't already. Its hard to get adequate zinc daily without red meat and zinc is a very effective prolactin inhibitor. Most people do not get enough and its particularly important for men.

Few actually have nutrient dense diets. 9 times of 10 when I look at what people eat when they ask me to, they are always missing a few things and often they are major. Or they have too much of something that you need to watch out such as too much manganese.

yeah i probably have pfs and i know swolesource etc. im even in the hackstasis discord. I tried the SS protocol where you have to cycle different herbs and do a very strict paleo diet. Unfortunately certain herbs in the protocol makes my gyno grow like crazy especially when i stop taking the herbs after a while. I did some research and tribulus for example is very bad when you have gyno.
Because i cycled the herbs i have no idea which of them caused the gyno flare up. People on SS even said i should even continue taking the herbs even if my gyno grows more. When i eventually heal from pfs i can than do the surgery.
I really didnt liked this solution. I will definitely do nofap for 2 week or so to see how it goes. nofap is also prt of the protocol.
I would really appreciate it if you guys know any supps that can stop gyno growth in the meantime.

Yes sir i will try it even if it only helps a little. I needto at least break the habit and the addiction. It began for me at a even younger age. Now im in my mid/late 20s and im still doing it. Luckily im not a severe case. I usually do it 5-7 times a week, which is not to bad. Ive seen even worse cases.
