From all I've learned reading on biology, history, Peat, etc, it seems to believe the answer would be no!
Has anyone found dietary/supplement patterns that work really well for e.g. their own race but not other races?
What would be some tips and guidelines if you were Asian, vs. Arab, vs. European?
Studies to back up any ideas would be much appreciated. Anecdotal data is fine as well, as long as we label it as such!
