Hi guys! I'd like to ask for your opinion.

I noticed I have cold toes after my lunch. Notice that it's just the toes, not even the entire feet.
My hands are also somewhat cold.

At lunch I drink my whole milk with honey, cod fish, cheese, chocolate, potatoes with salt, and mandarines. I supplement vitamin K2 (100 mcg) and 1 gram of glycine at this time.

I noticed the cold more intensely recently, after I started vitamin K2. Is there any logic of vitamin K2 making my extremities cold?

Besides that, I take zinc 25 mg and vitamin E 400 mg after breakfast.
