Just in case someone might find it useful, I had neck problems for something like 20 years until I finally understood that at least part of the problem was migraine. Always on the right side of the neck as well as the not always accompanying, gradually increasing headache. I have some issues in the neck as well but without the migraine/serotonin part I really have no problem to speak of that I find it very difficult to live with. But sorting out the migraine is still an ongoing endeavor, some days are better and some are worse. Metergoline and Lisuride have come in to my life during this year and at least for a while has helped quite a bit, which has made me focus on serotonin and with that my gut health.
