My main protein source is fat-free milk & casein in powder form(56g of protein from dairy per meal). I mix it with water until it ends up having a similar consistency as tomato paste. I drink about 16 fl oz of carbs with each meal and I usually drink carbs every 1-2 hours. Is that enough liquid for proper digestion?
