What's the safest nonstick pancake pan? #pancakeaddict

I eat banana pancakes every mid-day.

I use an iron skillet (or sometimes an All-Clad steel pan) with beef tallow.

I find beef tallow very "slick" and helps pancakes not to stick better than other greasers.

I also cook them in the oven on the bottom rack.

fwiw: I make my pancakes with non-fat milk powder, collagen, duck eggs, and (non-aluminum) baking soda. What does your batter consist of?

oats+eggs+cottage cheese+baking soda
