Sudden sun sensitivity possibly from orange juice & lemon?

Could psoralen found in orange juice & lemon + carrots have made me suddenly very sun sensitive? It's only like 15-18°C & my neck is red & slight itchy from the sun. Did not experience anything like this last year, spent nearly the whole summer without a shirt.

How’s your thyroid? I experienced extreme sun sensitivity when I was very hypothyroid. Also they say PUFA intake increases sun sensitivity

The citrus juice could be increasing histamine levels which in turn can make you more sensitive to the sun.

Or could it be simply vitamin A / beta-carotene
