Someone explain the connection between sucrose and flaking facial skin and histamine intolerence (itchy back)
When the skin flakes esp in the tash, the skin becomes red, or when i itch it. The red skin at the side of my nose does not flake as much and only becomes red

Itchy back about 1hour after i consume something that causes histamine release like OJ
