Should Rat Just Take More Thyroid?

Rat has been eating a good Peat inspired diet for a while, but he cannot get waking temps any higher then 97. Want to get to 98. Been taking 1 drop of Tyronene 3 times per day with food. Each drop is 8mg T3. Then also 4 drops of Tyromax at night with food. Does this seem like to much or should I take more to try to push temps up? What would you do?

T3 acts fast. T4 stays around longer but it takes a while to raise the blood level. maybe 2 weeks to stabilize. I'd add an additional morning dose of Tyromax and see how it goes, and keep increasing morning/evening dose of Tyromax every two weeks until waking temp is 97.8 or higher. How's your daily mid day temp?
