But you have remove more carbs or you eat the same amount of carbs but other sources that are not starch and fiber?
I have no idea, I don't count my macros. Overall the net amount of carbs must have been slightly reduced, although I replaced starch with milk, fruit juice and compotes.

And your gut issues are better with these liquids and compote instead of starches?
