Reason For High Diastolic Blood Pressure?

My systolic blood pressure is usually 120-130 but my diastolic is anywhere from 82-100. This is preventing me from donating blood because sometimes I get nervous and my blood pressure goes up to like 140/100 and the max blood pressure donation places will allow is 180/100, it's really stupid. Anyway to lower it and prevent me from getting nervous from adrenaline rushes? or is there a reason it's high even at rest? It sucks dealing with this.

My guess is that the cause is very broad, just systemic low thyroid/CO2. It's a sign that you're in a semi-contracted state and that you're not producing enough energy for your blood vessels to relax and open up, so the blood has to work very hard to be pumped through narrow channels. It's a very early congestive heart failure.

30, the past few days my diastolic has gotten as low as 75 and im back to normal, it might be something im eating thats getting it high often. just took a reading and its 119/82.

I am sitting at 120/87.

The diastolic is whats bothering me. I want it to he in 70 range.

I emailed Ray about this a few years ago. My BP was averaging 130/100. pulse pressure is systolic - diastolic. He is in favor of a low pulse pressure from what I understand.

A low pulse pressure shows elasticity and efficient pumping. The diastolic pressure probably represents increased adrenaline and serotonin. Do you supplement progesterone or thyroid?

no i do not.

my hands are cold often and so are my feet. And my cholesterol is over 200

this is all my blood work i got yesterday. Ive been trying to solve my cold hands. I am about to stop supplementing everything. Magnesium isnt even going up. 5mg of k2 everyday may be off setting something.

Yeah I try to avoid dairy, most vegetables, potatoes and most spices. I have a candida problem I am sure of it. Diastolic can be high if you have a lot of adrenaline circulating.

It seems like everyone is saying adrenaline is the cause and it falls in line with

Interesting. I do have a history of IBD.
Its really interesting you mention this i just took some activated charcoal 5 mins ago.

i also wonder if the gut doesn't get enough butyrate if it causes inflammation. So coconut oil may be in order
