Protein heavy before bed- sleep quality

Hello!
Has anyone seen research on high protein later in the day - dinner time - and quality of sleep? I feel like because protein heats that maybe that's the logic behind sleep distruption but I've been looking to see if there's any actual research showing this? Would be super grateful if someone has come across that and can point me in the right direction. cheers

I dont have the research but
I have been doing this the last few weeks on my cut, eating only fat free carbs throughout the day and having my protein,low fat, carb meal after my workout for dinner
can eat up to 150+ grams of protein, and sometimes i have one serving of protein before the workout still experimenting with that
i have no trouble sleeping
