My mom's friend has skeletal muscular dystrophy and is in need of a natural cure since the doctors cant seem to do anything for him. He is in his late 70s.
I came up with these from Dr G.
http://www.doctoryourself.com/dystrophy.html talks about high dose Vitamin E, selenium, lecithin and co-enzyme Q10.
http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/muscular-dystrophy.html mentions that apple cider vinegar and baking soda can help
http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/gelatin.shtml
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC424865/?page=1 glycine or gelatin was used in the past to treat muscular dystrophy and has shown benefits
I am wondering if anyone has any other thoughts on MD and the best treatment route.
