Would you be fine with adding a few more calories? Maybe a few eggs yolks with salt if tolerable and some milk? I used to have lower temps, sometimes to the point of waking up with my hands and feet shaking, but stopping calorie counting and eating a bit past satiation helped my temperature. The weight gain was a bit annoying but I learned to understand that it was protective against stress and that I would need to lower cortisol and stimulate the protective hormones to safely and effectively to lose weight.Not more than 2500
