Low body temp but no cold hands and feet

I have have very low body temp - below 36C in the morning and max 36.4C in afternoon but my hands and feet are not cold. Sometimes feet are little cold especially when it's cold outside but hands never are cold. What do you think could be causing this?

High histamine/acetylcholine can make my hands and feet hot as hell, even when my temperature is low.

Would you be fine with adding a few more calories? Maybe a few eggs yolks with salt if tolerable and some milk? I used to have lower temps, sometimes to the point of waking up with my hands and feet shaking, but stopping calorie counting and eating a bit past satiation helped my temperature. The weight gain was a bit annoying but I learned to understand that it was protective against stress and that I would need to lower cortisol and stimulate the protective hormones to safely and effectively to lose weight.
