So I've noticed that light seems to be a factor in my night sweats issue. I get night sweats more so on days I work. My work environment is dark (we keep all the overhead lights off and blinds closed to reduce glare on our monitors). On top of that we use D50 lights to simulate daylight color temperature of 5000K on our desk lights, and we set our monitors to D50 when we calibrate them. Plus, I work from 10am to usually about 9pm Mon thru Thur. So yea, this is highly stressful.
Can anyone recommend a light I can use at my desk all evening long, and/or for a short burst in the evening?
It would have to be on my face only, since I would use it at work so fully clothed.
Perhaps @RedLightMan has some tips?
