I've been hearing about this "Buteyko Method" - a breathing technique to increase carbon dioxide.
Now... problem is it's surprisingly hard to find actual info on how to do the technique properly. Everyone seems to be trying to sell the technique for hundreds of dollars which makes me think it's a scam.
All I know it has something to do with "breathing less". Which is a bit vague. I like to know specifics about something if I'm going to do it and I also want to know if anyone has had success using this method.
I'm not paying $300 just to learn to breath less. That sounds like a total scam.
