Is Brown Rice Flour Okay In Supplements?

I bought some rice flour pancakes from the supermarket today and 2 hours after eating got very itchy scalp. Same reaction I get from any rice flour added supplements. Not sure if they are enriching the rice flour that causes the irritation or if its a high histamine reaction.

It will persorb which is dangerous. Eating with food should minimize that.

i used rice flour to make sourdough and the odd thing i noticed is that it leaves my tongue perfectly clean, indicating it's well tolerated...yet i get hyperhidrosis on my feet as well, which ime is an indication of extreme overgrowth in intestines that i often associate with poorly digested starch
