Imagine a good gelatinous broth that solidifies in the fridge. How many grams of gelatin are actually in a cup (250ml) of this broth? I haven't found an answer online.

I know the non-gelatinous ones you buy in the store say 10 grams of protein per cup, so I just go with that, but I bet if it is like mine it is probably more like 15 grams

Thank you, I didn't think to look at the label on a commercial broth. I'll go with 15g.

Yes they use a lot of veggies, Im skeptical bc they use the cow long bones, over the joints. In stir-fry, For convenience I use mainly chicken broth now. They dont accumulate iron bc of shorter life span.

I was only hoping you had figured out how to increase the protein content to weight ratio.
Yes 50% was huge. Ive found 1g MAYBE 2g claimed higher on certain foods, or protein powder (to weight ratio)
