HELP! More stomach issues

Can someone help decipher a little more in-depth what may be going on? Often, immediately before a bowel movement, I get severe pain, and cramping in my lower intestine, below my belly button. My bowel movements are always extremely dry, and bloody (probably due to dryness).

Your symptoms sound like Ulcerative Colitis. I was having that happen to me a bit as well back when wheat was part of my diet. I noticed during Peating with/without/with/without wheat/gluten that I had a gluten sensitivity. So now I'm wheat/gluten free and my gut health has done a total 180 from those whole shredded wheat cereal days.

Most peeps with UC would have diarrhea instead of constipation. From what I've read however it's not unheard of to have the constipation instead. :2cents

Yeah, I have been gluten-free for about six years. I have also got the diagnosis Crohn's disease, and also rid of ulcerative colitis. I am way more constipated than anything.
